She has developed a particular focus on permanent hair removal (electrolysis) and advanced skin lesion removal using cryotherapy and diathermy advanced electrolysis. Her dedication is to provide safe, effective solutions with professionalism and precision, always prioritizing client safety and emotional wellbeing.

As a qualified wellness and menopause practitioner, Kelly supports health from the inside out with a whole-person approach. Alongside her fellow Director, Daisy, she ensures a warm and welcoming space where clients feel understood and empowered. She is also a Nanna to eight.
